Jeanne Carlson is a hands-on, results oriented leader with more than 25 years’ experience working in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries.
Jeanne is recognized as being business-savvy, a go to person for process and project information, an effective communicator, and stakeholder manager. She has extensive cross-functional expertise in Product Development, Research, Operational Management, Product Support, Manufacturing, and Plant Management.
She is currently with Roche Molecular Diagnostics working as a Senior Program Manager, where she has managed multiple programs in the blood screening area. In 2016, her team responded to an emergent medical crisis by introducing the first Zika nucleic acid test to the blood screening market in six weeks, under IND and in close collaboration with the FDA.
Jeanne worked with Syva, Serono, Microgenics, Boehringer Mannheim, Genzyme, Chiron, Bayer, Novartis, and Grifols prior to joining Roche in 2015.
