Dubravka Opuhač is known for successfully leading global, multi-million-dollar IVD medical devices programs and has over 20 years of experience in the diagnostics industry.
She is best described as a design thinking generalist who draws on approaches from engineering and design and combines them with ideas from dissimilar fields such as social sciences and humanities to reach ambitious objectives.
Now with Roche Sequencing Solutions, Dubravka is directing a program aimed at enriching target regions of interest for next-generation sequencing. In the past, she spearheaded a number of diverse undertakings, from releasing and interactive PPM guide to nearly 100,000 colleagues, to multi-country, cross-business people integration program, to successfully meeting major tender criteria resulting in blood screening competitive wins in several countries. She worked with Chiron, Bayer, Siemens, BD, Novartis, and Grifols, prior to joining Roche Diagnostics in 2015.
